Issue 1 has a tiny piece missing from top front edge of cover; issue 3 has a tiny tear on right edge of front cover and lower corner turned; minor wear on lower corners. These issues were owned by Dr. Greg Forbes, retired Severe Weather Expert on The Weather Channel while he was on the Penn State faculty. Issues 1 and 3 have his G. Forbes signature on front cover and issue 4 has Greg Forbes on the top of the article that he authored.
