Description: MARILLION - LOT OF 3 x 1980s UK 12" SINGLES, DETAILS BELOW THIS LOT IS FOR THREE 1980s (FISH ERA) UK 12"s BY MARLLION, ALL IN A PICTURE SLEEVE AS SHOWN. NOTE THAT ALL THESE RECORDS HAVE MARKS (WHICH IS WHY THEY ARE IN A JOB LOT!) BUT HOPEFULLY WILL PROVIDE CHEAP, PLAYABLE COPIES AND BE A DECENT BUY FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE NOT TOO FUSSY! PLEASE READ CONDITION REPORTS BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS - HOPEFULLY YOU WILL FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BELOW, BUT SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR NEED ANY OTHER PICTURES, THEN PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO GET IN TOUCH. 1) • "Market Square Heroes" (3:45) b/w "Three Boats Down From The Candy" (4:33), "Grendel" (17:40) (EMI 12 EMI 5351, 1982, picture sleeve - cream labels, red label rim text which reads anti-clockwise on both sides) The sleeve is VG+ with slight storage outer rim record shaped impression and a little edgewear etc here and there. The record is visually about VG- and has some light and hairline surface marks dotted about. There are also some small patches with 'storage' marks (like you get if a small piece of grit or similar has got inside the sleeve); these are at 10 o'clock by outer edge of Side A, at 6 o'clock by outer edge of Side A and about 5 o'clock by the outer edge of Side B. The last two 'patches' are on the same place/area on each side of the record, suggesting the 'caused by grit' theory is correct! These are quite light (slighly feelable in some places) and as a result I would hope and expect it to play through okay, with the caveat that I would not be too suprised if there was the odd gentle click/tick as well.2) • "Kayleigh" (Alternative Mix), "Kayleigh" (Extended Version) b/w "Lady Nina" (Extended Version) (EMI 12MARIL 3, 1985, picture sleeve)The sleeve is VG/VG+ (just slight storage record-shaped impression and a thin 'dull' strip just below the middle of the top opening). Note that the record is visually G/G+ - viewed under a bright halogen bulb, there are numerous light/very light and hairline surface marks to each side, but I can find no deep or feelable marks or scratches.3) • "Incommunicado" (Album Version) b/w "Incommunicado" (Alternative Mix), "Going Under" (EMI 12 MARIL 6, 1987, picture sleeve) The sleeve is VG+ with just minor storage outer rim record-shaped impression. The record is visually G+ with some light, very light and hairline surface marks to each side. A few of these are more visually obvious than the others but are still non-feelable. There is also a small 'patch' of storage marks (near outer edge of Side B at about 8 o'clock) like those described above on 'Market Square Heroes' - as with that one, I would again hope and expect it to play through okay, with the caveat once more that I would not be too suprised if there was the odd click/tick as well. I have attempted a picture of the 'patch' on this record, to give an idea of what I am trying to describe here and on the 'Market Square Heroes' 12". PLEASE ALSO NOTE THE FOLLOWING1) Remember that I can send up to 30 x 7" singles in the UK for only £3.95 (Royal Mail 2nd Class), any other quantities please get in touch first. IF YOU WIN MORE THAN ONE ITEM, PLEASE WAIT FOR MY COMBINED INVOICE BEFORE PAYING - IF YOU PAY FOR EACH ITEM SEPARATELY I CANNOT REFUND THE EXCESS IN FULL DUE TO EBAY FEES!2) All records comes in a sleeve - a picture cover, a company sleeve (original or, if stated, a new repro) or a plain white or black paper or card sleeve. Covers and labels are as seen in the pictures above (actual item always shown) - see below for record grading, which obviously applies to records which have been played ONLY! Visual gradings are as above. 3) I consider a surface mark or a surface scuff to be mark(s) which you can see but that are on the top surface of the record only and as such are 'non-feelable'. If you can actually feel a mark - for example, with a finger nail - then I would consider that to be a 'scratch' which would likely cause 'ticks', 'clicks' etc. during play. Any such marks will be clearly mentioned above. 4) Due to time constraints, all vinyl is visually graded under a bright halogen bulb - it is only play-graded if specifically stated. Please see all pictures above and if you have any questions or need any more info., don't hesitate to get in touch. POSTAGE AND PACKINGUK - £4.50 by Royal Mail 2nd Class or £5.20 Royal Mail 1st Class. 'Signed For' service is extra. ELSEWHERE - for standard/untracked services, please select the 'Postage & Payments' tab, then choose your country from the drop-down menu and click on 'get rates'. If you would like a tracked/signed for service, please ask BEFORE paying and I will adjust invoice - thanks. VINYL GRADINGNEW: note that still sealed items will be presumed to be in 'new' condition, but are obviously sold as seen. Any visible signs of wear/storage etc. beneath the shrinkwrap will be mentioned.MINT: note please note that I will NEVER use the 'MINT' grade, as I think you are asking for trouble! The highest grade for an item that is not new will use will be NM (Near Mint).NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in very close to 'as new' condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in almost perfect condition.EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played a number of times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and maybe some occasional light scratches. If there is any surface noise it will be occasional, light and unobtrusive. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.GOOD (G): The record has obviously been played a lot and while it still plays through OK, it will have a lot of surface marks and/or light scratches (maybe also the occasional 'feelable' scratch) and most likely there there will be regular and noticeable surface noise. The cover and contents may suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine and/or seam splits, discoloration, etc. TERMS & CONDITIONS*Important* - the ONLY countries I will send to by uninsured mail (for item(s)under £20) are as follows: - UK.Europe (EU countries ONLY and Norway).USA and Canada.Australia, New Zealand and Japan. If you live anywhere else then your parcel MUST be insured, the cost of which is to be covered by the buyer. Very sorry, but NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.If you live in a country that I am prepared to send by regular, uninsured mail please bear in mind that I always get a receipt and proof of posting for every item sent, but THERE WILL NOT BE A TRACKING NUMBER UNLESS YOU HAVE PAID FOR INSURED/TRACKED MAIL. Should an item take longer than expected to arrive, I will do everything I can to help, but please don't assume that there is a tracking number! Most overseas buyers seem to assume this, for some reason! If you want the item to be tracked, please choose the International Signed and/or Signed & Tracked service option at checkout - thanks! Finally, please note that if your item (or if the combined values of the items in a single parcel) is £20.00 or above, then insurance is compulsory wherever you live. This is extra for 'Signed For' in the UK (up to the value of £50, after which extra cover will need to be paid for by the buyer) or via International Signed and/or Signed & Tracked for overseas buyers. In this case, PLEASE WAIT FOR MY INVOICE BEFORE PAYING - any incorrect payments will be refunded and reinvoiced - sorry, but no exceptions. Blame Brexit and increasingly dodgy mail services!
