Includes only what is shown. NO packaging or anything else. Features a wizard, with rainbow background. A pot of gold "coins" at the end. Wizard is holding a wand in one hand. Pot of coins has a decal sticker that says "RLG "Service Magic" March 1998" Rainbow decal sticker says "Greet Sell Close Satisfy" Date and signature and number are written in marker on back. This Carl Goeller Glass Service Award is preowned, as well as over 25yrs old. It shows some signs of age/disdplay/storage. Has bent area of metal frame behind wizard's head.
