The art is hand signed by Mouly, and it is numbered from the EA European artist's proof edition. This piece is annotated EA on the lower left of the art. Marcel Mouly (1918 - 2008) was born in Paris. His career of painting was influenced greatly by Picasso, Matisse and Braque. His work has been collected all over the world, and exhibited in prestigious venues around the globe. His art has been included in the permanent collections of more than twenty museums. He was at his death, the last living protege of the great Picasso. The print is in very good condition! It has never been framed. It has a couple small handling folds at the very top paper edge, off of the image. These minor folds will not be seen when the art is framed. You can view the largest fold in the last photo. Like most Mouly art works, this piece is very colorful...great fauvist bold colors on this gorgeous nautical image! The colors on this art are amazing! Sensational red, blue, green, black, yellow, purple and pink colors! The dimensions of the print are 30 1/2" X 23." The image is 28 1/2" X 20 1/2."
