While there is some damage, this is still very much a beautiful and functional bag that you can own at a fraction of the orignal cost. While the kiss-lock does close, it doesn't "snap" shut and can be pulled apart. There are places where the various fabrics show some wear. There is some damage/wear on some of the piping along with scuff marks on the kiss-lock. There is also some damage to the top frame from the closure itself.
