Judging by the overall condition this train is either new or had very little use but being considered preowned and used. The handrail kit has never been installed and still in bag. Includes box but not original to this train and styrofoam insert. Wheels are bright and shiny. Body has a beautiful factory gloss finish. There are two very tiny blue paint flecks from the right front side otherwise near mint. Couplers are present. Lubrication recommended for best performance.
