Head moves and has resistance when you tighten as it should. Comes as seen. 561BHDV mono pod manfrotto 561BHDV is missing one clamp so bottom slides out. Head is missing parts but moves and stiffens and locks as should. Unit over all has tons of scratches. 701HDV Head plus Vanguard Auctus 283CT tri-pod is in the best condition of the three units, but still missing parts, Head moves stiffens and locks as it should. All units have heavy wear and has been thrown around a lot. All are sold parts or repair and comes as seen, feel free to ask for more pictures or questions.
