Clean surface w/ rubbing alcohol first Then peel back the corner at an angle NOT STRAIGHT DOWN Once the decal is off of the backing paper you can then center the decal and put it on the surface and with a (credit) card slowly work your way down from the top to make sure you get any air from under it. Then slowly peel off the top transfer paper at an angle Decal should stick to any hard smooth surface Whatever color you choose, will be your decal color. There is no background on this decal color of surface you apply it to will be the background color. These decals are not cheap printed stickers.
