Description: SUPER RARE SMALLER SIZED OLD WESTERN AMERICAN MID 20th CENTURY ANTIQUE HAND ENGRAVED STERLING SILVER BELT BUCKLE FEATURING A 1/10th 14 KARAT GOLD FILLED HORSESHOE AND A RETRO OLDER STYLE CLASP—- The only hallmarks we can see on the back of this magnificent vintage sterling silver and gold belt buckle read “STERLING, 1/10-14K”. It reminds us of an old Keyston Brothers from San Francisco buckle design, but it could have been made by one of the other famous high end mid century western American belt buckle producers. The quality, appearance, functionality and naturally aged patina are all exceptionally nice. THE BUCKLE IS A SMALLER SIZED ONE…..measuring 1 3/4” x 1 1/2” and fitting belts up to 1 inch wide. The total weight on our scale is about 30 grams or just over one ounce.
