Many of these were pre-signed by Pavel, and then he would take them along to his lectures. Following his lecture tour, Pavel made the the booklet available to magic dealers for re-sale.Although the title "Magic for Magicians" makes it sound like these are effects specifically designed to fool other magicians, the routines described are excellent for lay audiences.The booklet fully details (with text and illustrations) 13 items, including many of his most famous items (most of which were sold commercially) -- items like his Universal Rope, Krazy Knot, Clip A Card, and a rope effect similar to his classic Jumping Knot. Mostly rope, and silk effects.I found this booklet selling elsewhere for $10 (which is a bargain).
