Magcharger. 800 Lumen LED Conversion for Rechargeable Maglite, Luminus SST40

Take out the reflector and the factory bi-pin bulb. Insert the drop-in with the pins into the bi-pin slots. If the pin holes in the switch socket do not line up to allow the bulb to sit down correctly, the bi-pin socket in the switch can be adjusted. Just reinstall the old bulb (do not use the pins of the 800 lumen dropin) and twist it slightly till the pins sit the direction you need them to be. Next place the lens over the top of the 800 lumen bulb reflector face, and thread the bezel on till snug. If the bulb does not sit deep enough into the Mag for the bezel to screw down, there is an extra set of rings on the base of the drop-in that can be removed to allow it to sit deeper in some lights. MODE SELECTION If your rechargeable Maglite has multi mode capability from the factory, your 800 lumen LED upgrade will also have this capability. To select the mode, starting in the OFF position, you click the switch one time for High mode. Starting from the OFF position, a fast double click will take you to low mode. Starting from the OFF position, three fast clicks will give you strobe/flash mode.
