This would have been used on a wooden carriage, cart or wagon to identify who made the piece. Circa pre-1900. Great for the collector of WISCONSIN WISC WIS WI brass carriage wagon cart tag tags. CONDITION: Near Mint, NO damage. May have been polished or could just be new old stock. Definitely vintage. I grade this one a 9.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
