Gray sleeveless, lined, stretch poly/spandex kind of shift straight cut pull-over dress with pretty glimmering silver sequin trimming on the attached "cape" by M Midnight Velvet in ladies size 6. The cape is attached at the shoulders and has arm holes and then drapes over you. Very elegant. Measures 38" from the shoulder seam to the bottom. Across the chest is 17.5" armpit to armpit relaxed and with the stretch fabric gives easily to about 23" across.
