Description: (M) Lilac Lavender Purple Organza Ruffle Petticoat Square Dancing Skirt Vintage There are a couple places some of the stitching is coming out of the seam but this is not structural and could be easily fixed with hand or machine sewing. The waistband has several casings sewn to switch the placement of the elastic band if you wish, but one of these needs to be restitched, it is coming undone but this is not a problem if wearing as is. (See pictures) When worn the hem of the ruffles falls slightly at the knee but if you change the placement of the elastic it could bring it higher a bit. Measures about 20" length from waistband to hem. Elastic waist goes from 21" to 34"
