At the 1/2" point, the gap measures 2" and at 1", the gap measures 2-1/2". See last 3 pictures.The flat across the tip of the anvil and spindle measures .09" and tapers back approximately .285".The anvil is wedge-shaped and the spindle end is conical.Surface finish on end of spindle and anvil is in excellent condition.No personal markings on micrometer.Quality Used Item - professionally inspected.
