I purchased this in a shop in Baltimore in the 1980s along with other Lucy Isaacs pieces (some in the 1990s). Loved this necklace because it had an antique look. Each heart is the same front and back and the level of craftsmamship is high on this piece. You do a high polish or leave it a bit dull for more of an antique look.
