Description: I purchased this new from the Lucid hearing aid store at Sam's Club a little over a year ago. It worked awesome and the Lucid Hearing app on my iPhone worked great. Unfortunately, I have lost the rest of my hearing in my left ear and have to make some other decisions, since this Lucid hearing aid will not support my bad ear anymore. I paid over $2500 for this hearing aid, installed a new rechargeable battery, and it comes with a Lucid hearing aid travel charger. You will need to take this into a Lucid store ( over 400 are located in Sam's Clubs) and have it programed to your prescription. Lucid will do a hearing test at the store to determine what prescription you need. Then, program the earpiece for you. It takes about five minutes for the programing.
