Lovely Vintage Sterling Silver Turquoise & Onyx Faith Two-Cross/Pendant Necklace

Description: Lovely vintage artisan ornate sterling silver, turquoise & onyx two-pendant cross necklace. This unique necklace features two pendants…..one artisan/designer crafted turquoise composite and onyx gemstone pendant with a cross formation and the word “Faith” and one very nice vintage, dimensional cross. The chain is a lovely figaro style, highly polished sterling silver and is 20” long. The unusual turquoise pendant is 2” long by 1 1/8” wide and has a very pretty turquoise & bronze composite stone bezel set at the bottom and a faceted onyx bezel set to the side. “Faith” is in-set on the bar just above the turquoise stone. The vintage cross is 2 1/8” long by 7/8” wide and has dimension and texture…..it is a particularly lovely cross. I found this necklace at a very nice estate sale and decided to leave it as it was found. These two pendants hang very well together and obviously represented faith and comfort to its previous owner. It is a lovely necklace. It weighs 14.9 grams altogether. The chain is stamped “925” on its lobster clasp. The two pendants are not signed, but they have been professionally tested as solid sterling silver, as has the chain. The turquoise composite stone is striking. The Kingman mine in Arizona makes similar composite stones using their exceptional turquoise, bronze and/or copper and another stone……sometimes sugilite, agate, quartz or spiny oyster. This particular stone appears to have quartz as a secondary stone and it also has rivers of a brilliant gold metal that doesn’t really show in my photos. I am not sure if this is, in fact, a bit of gold, or bronze. This necklace is in very good vintage condition with no damage other than, perhaps, very minor surface wear or oxidation. ***PLEASE NOTE: Any display items pictured are NOT included.*** I request payment within two days of purchase and will ship within two days of payment via USPS First Class mail.
