Description: This is a rare October 20th, 1966 broadside (single page playbill) from the three-night, Pre-Broadway tryout and WORLD PREMIERE engagement of the DAVID WESTHEIMER play "MY SWEET CHARLIE" at the Shubert Theatre in New Haven, Connecticut. (The production would open December 6th, 1966 at the Longacre Theatre in New York City and close after only 31 performances.) ..... The play starred LOUIS GOSSETT and BONNIE BEDELIA and featured JOHN RANDOLPH, SARAH CUNNINGHAM, CHARLES JORDAN, DAVID TABOR and RICHARD KENNEDY (who would be replaced out-of-town by GAR WOOD) .....
