The bottom of the shoe has the RED sole. Also, if you look closely - you can see Louboutin in red script on the toe area of the sole. The inside heel to toe measurement is around 9.75 inches and I believe if you are a US size 7.5 this will be a better fit as this sneaker ran small as most Louboutin sneakers and shoes do. This shoe came from Saks in Beverly Hills and comes with its original box and white dust covers. Louboutin sneakers come with WHITE not red dust covers. The size 38 shoes have never been worn.
