Early 1930s to late 1930s. More cutouts than ads: recipes, pictures from fiction stories, fashion pages, decorating pages, etc. I bought a few magazines that were in pretty rough shape (foxing, women who had cut out things way back in the day, ruffling, etc.) so these are probably just suitable for collage or if you're just interested in fashion, style, ad, décor, furniture, food, and so on of the era.
