Description: Purchased from Amazon in July '23 and installed in Aug '23. Wrong spring strength for my 6 pound windows. They would only open all the way up, not part way down. Finally did better research and purchased the correct spring strengths. 22" long not including top and bottom shoes. For non-tilt windows. Stamped 2130. I believe this is for 12 to 15 lb. windows. Pictures 6-10 show top shoe and pictures 11-15 show the bottom shoe.
