Description: These LPs are from the estate of Al Ierardi, who was a well-recognized guitar player in Champaign IL. He played a lot of different styles of music, starting at age sixteen with dance bands and orchestras. Later he played experimental rock with Spoils of War, fronted a power blues trio called Long Hard Road, and enjoyed playing acoustic blues and folk rock at venues such as the Red Herring Coffeehouse and Nature's Table. His collection reflects this diversity and contains many titles from area artists such as REO Speedwagon, Head East, Starcastle, Dan Fogelberg, The Red Herring Coffee House players, The Ship, plus a lot of "guitar player's guitar players". I've divided the collection into mixed lots of loosely related genres. They are being sold as-is as my eyesight isn't good enough to reliably grade each one. They have been carefully stored in a non-smoking house. A shipping credit will be given if you purchase more than one lot on the same order. Lot #18 Contains: 1. Percy Faith and his Orchestra - Viva The Music of Mexico - 1957 Columbia 2. Earl Grant - Ebb Tide and other instrumental favorites - 1980 MCA Records - sleeve notched 3. Doris Day - Day by Day, With Paul Weston - 1956 Columbia 4. Jazz Compilation - Zenith Jazz Set - 1965 Columbia
