Description: This auction is for a LOT OF 3 USPS 1 CENT POSTCARDS: Posted 1901 JEFFERSON; Posted 1905 McKINLEY; Posted 1908 McKINLEY. The 1901 is a letter from a student to his parents. The 1905 is for a renewal of the Buffalo News newspaper. And the 1908 is for a renewal of the Spectator, a publication from Rushford, NY. These were found in a domed trunk in an upstate NY farmhouse. They had been in the trunk since the early 1900's, undisturbed. So these cards are in good condition, with some yellowing due to the age.
