Description: I know nothing about these. These came in a lot at an auction with some 8 tube T5 florescent fixtures that we wanted for our shop. The boxes appear to have gotten damp and are very dirty. They could be new or could be garbage. If they are garbage I am willing to refund the purchase price but NOT the shipping cost as you are taking a risk for what could be a great deal. Please carefully review the pictures prior to purchase. I have no way to test these. I did not wash or wipe down the bulbs. They were photographed the way they came out of the box.
