Our Fruit & Seed Muesli starts with a combination of seven flavorful grains. Then we add raisins, blueberries, cranberries and cherries for sweetness, and sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and hemp seeds for rich flavor and a pleasant crunch. Finally, for an extra boost of nutrition, and we top it off with flaxseeds. Perfectly Simple Cereal Our muesli is wonderfully tasty and nourishing! What makes this cereal so great? It's perfectly simple: Whole grains provide nutritious fiber. Dried fruit adds a touch of wholesome sweetness. Nuts and seeds bring pleasant flavor and crunch.SUGGESTED USE:Have It HotStovetop: For hot cereal, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1/2 cup muesli, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Makes 2 delicious servingsMicrowave: Put 1/4 cup muesli and 1/2 cup water or milk in a large bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stopping to stir once during cooking. Makes 1 marvelous serving.Make It ColdFor cold cereal, add 1/4 cup muesli to 1/2 cup yogurt, milk or fruit juice. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
