My process: Small piece of bubble wrap put inside jewel case to protect spoked wheel. Case then completely wrapped in bubble wrap. Protective padding added to bottom of bubble mailer, wrapped item then placed in mailer, followed by cardboard squares on both sides, finished with another piece of padding on the top of the bubble mailer. If every seller used this simple method, every CD shipped in the mail would arrive undamaged.
