Description: This auction is for a lot of 18 ~ 1963 Ben Franklin Proof Half Dollars. These coins:are 90% silverare in varying stages of toning, some may be frosting, some may appear iridescent, some have milk spots and most all have polishing lines. There may be a few perfect coins but not likely. Please view the pictures carefully have been kept in a tube and but have been transferred to capsules and will be shipped in those individual capsulesA little history:Every coin that I have for sale belongs to my grandfather who is 92 years old. We have a pact that he will live out his years at home and to keep that promise, he's going to need to sell his coin collection. In most cases, I can tell you when a coin was purchased, where it was purchased from and how much he paid. I am not a coin dealer or broker (those people are slimy) but I have definitely have had an education regarding coins. I will not offer an opinion of condition for any loose/unslabbed coins for obvious reasons. I will guarantee that the coin pictured is the coin that the buyer will receive. In some cases I have multiples of the same coin but they will be designated by a lettering system. Every sale will be shipped USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, insured for the price paid and signature confirmation will be required. I have spent many hours researching and taking photographs to best represent what is being offered. I want the buyer to be confident in what they are purchasing as this was not a courtesy that was offered to my grandfather since he dealt with above mentioned slimeballs. If you want any different pictures, I am happy to accommodate. I am more than willing to answer any/all questions but please do not bombard me with low ball offers. This is a man's home and end of life wishes that I am attempting to fulfill. I will always choose the cheapest shipping option for the buyer and refund the difference.
