Description: Lot of 120vintage spools of thread! All contain some thread except for one short wood spool that is labeled Belding Corticelli Pure Silk Twist. There are two other spools that are silk; one size A and the other size D Silk Twist for button holes & buttons. The three originally 500 yard spools from American thread Co labeled Geneva are cotton Glacé Finish. The Manila and Belding Corticelli are from the 1930’s-40’s. 54 of the spools are by Belding Corticelli originally with 125 yards and size 50 mostly 15 cents original price. 14 spools are Belding Corticelli size A. Belding Corticelli, Coats & Clark (Heavy Duty & Regular), J & P Coats, Conso, American Thread- Geneva, Lily, Talon, Star, Manila. Only see one that is not mercerized cotton other than the two silks, and that one is J & P 300 yards nylon white size A.
