Description: Lot of SIX wonderful embossed colorful Thanksgiving postcards. See Photos. Pilgrim girl trimming pie is by artist FRANCES BRUNDAGE. Dates that are visible: 1909, 1910 and 1912Two are unstamped with no postal mark, but have a few words written in pencil. Others are stamped with writing and cancellation marks.Four are marked GERMANY one has "Thanksgiving Series" but no country, and one has trademark of an "S" in a diamond shape. The card with the young chef holding a pie has 2 pieces of cellophane tape on the back and the card of the turkey on the table has one piece of tape on the back (tape evidently to give stability to creased weak corners) The brightly colored card of the turkey on the table (red background) has a postage cancellation mark that is "World's Panama-Exposition 1915" Four out of the six cards have metallic gold highlights - all lovely illustrations and very collectible.
