Description: One lot of 40 Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs), made by MURATA, part number MQC512-1010. Unused, New Old Stock. Shipped in original box (40/box). These appear to be VCO's with center frequency = 1010 MHz. I couldn't locate the -exact- spec sheet but there is a spec sheet for other MQC series parts like the MQC505, MQC506 and MQC515 so the operation shouldn't be that different. They appear to operate from 5V with a Control Voltage range of 1.0 to 4.0V to deviate the frequency by +/- 12 MHz or so -but- i have NOT tested them. Selling at only 75 cents apiece so not too bad a deal (or make me an offer!). Will ship in a USPS 1st class priority mail Flat Rate padded envelope or Small/Medium/Large size Flat Rate box depending on quantity.
