Lovecraft stories from pulps such as Weird Tales, Famous Fantastic Mysteries, etc. One of a kind from the estate of Fritz Leiber, apparently made in the 1940s or 1950s before modern photocopy techniques were available.Each photo has a pencil notation on the back of the story illustrated, with the source and date - in Fritz Leiber's own hand! They were reproduced on heavy, glossy photographic paper and are one of a kind. I am listing thirteen different photos. Although the captions written on the back of the photos are clear and sharp and written in pencil, I've found that I cannot get a good scan of them.This photo is from the March 1939 WEIRD TALES from the story THE QUEST OF IRANON.
