Mostly good condition, Unique Ghost Towns has a name on half title page, Colorful Colorado has modest evidence of moisture damage (pg 9 and just a bit at lower area near spine) Cherry Creek has stain marks on back, the two Bancroft books have some rubbing to covers, all have tight bindings, pages clean and bright and good condition.
