Description: Over the decades, Coca Cola has produced thousands of commemorative bottles. Each one celebrates wonderful events in our lives. In 1965, the Subway story begins. 17 year old Fred DeLuca asked his friend, Dr. Peter Buck, a nuclear physicist, how to pay his college tuition. With the $1000. that Peter supplied, they opened their first restaurant in Bridgeport, Connecticut. With this first bottle, Subway and Coca Cola celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the Subway chain. The bottle was made in 2005, 18 years ago. The second bottle is particularly rare. It was only given out to Subway franchisee holders at the 1998 Convention, held in Atlanta. It does not have a UPC code, it was not sold in stores. They are both upopened bottles of Coca Cola. They are 8 oz. Hobbleskirt bottles. Both bottles are just perfect. The labels are nice and clean, and the caps are perfect. Shipping for this bottle pair will be only $9.00 anywhere in the U.S. for 2-4 day Priority mail. If you choose more of my many asst. bottles, I will ship them FREE with this one when shipping them together.
