Description: Longaberger 1993 7" Measuring Basket+Plastic Protector+Fabric Liner in Fruit Medley Pattern. The Measuring Baskets were a very popular series in the Regular Line of Longaberger Baskets. The series included: 5", 7", 9", 11" and 13". They are most popular in the fall with decor or fall harvests in them. They have one swinging handle, reinforced bottoms and were retired from the regular line in June 1998. Measures 6.5" high; 7.75" wide at the top, and 5" on the square bottom of the basket. The Longaberger Company, Dresden Ohio, created handwoven baskets out of hardwood maple sourced from the US, pottery, hand-forged wrought iron and other items for over forty years, from 1973 to 2018. Longaberger baskets were handwoven baskets and initialed by the artisan who created them. As a consultant for over 20 years, I have a great deal of inventory that was either stored or used for display purposes.
