I can claim for lost in transit items after 14 days and at that point I am always happy to issue a full refund. PS if you notice a grey circular mark on any of the Pictures that look like they are on the Disc or Tape please be assured that it is in fact just a reflection of a ceiling light and not a mark on the item itself.
