Description: This is an original Louis M. Glackens 1866-1933 pen & ink with a touch of watercolor. It has been updated inan older frame measuring 25 1/2”x 19 1/2” with all new materials. It’s dated on the back and has otherinformation, but forgot to take photos and didn’t want to take it apart, but believe it’s dated 1913. The window in the mat measures 16 1/4”x 10 3/4”, behind a double mat, with both frame and illustration in very good condition.It’s signed below the older gentleman with the umbrella.
