It nows blows the whistle load and clear. -The old brittle cord has been replaced with a new correct non-polarized plug and "L" emblem cord! -All 4 terminal nuts present!-Both red and black handles are present!-All voltages have been checked and in proper operating specs with 15.8 volts at full throttle!
