The signal has been tested; I could not get the lights to work. I don't know if the bulbs are dead or if I just didn't properly wire the signal up. The box does come with extra (unused) bulbs. Since I couldn't get the signal to work, I'm selling it "AS IS". Returns will not be accepted on this item. The box does have wear, but is still usable. Photos have been provided for your reference. Ask any questions PRIOR to making your purchase. Shipping - Item will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx; whichever is cheapest for me.
