Locomotive and tender are in excellent condition!! This item has been tested and it runs. Light and smoke work. Smoke unit could use some fluid as its been sitting awhile. This item does not have a lighted firebox like other similar locomotives had. F,N,R work fine. Reverse switch is underneath locomotive cab. Signal sounds work, whistle is great, bell is a bit temperamental when you activate it but it'll sound. Body of the locomotive and tender are excellent!! Front marker lights are there and intact. No major paint chips, no cracks or dings. There is a very small bit of paint loss on the trucks under the cab that you can see in the photos. No noticeable rust or oxidation anywhere. It will need a light cleaning due to dust. It has mostly been on display. The original box and manuals are included. Box is a bit rough but is intact with insert. It does not have a tube of smoke fluid or any extra traction tires in the box. Due to the age of the item it is being sold as is but it DOES run. Track in the photo is not included with the item.
