Hips about 21 ½". About 29" long. Flowy with big flare at the bottom with inset pleats. Stretchy. The paisley is brown, black, gold, beige, kind of a burnt sienna color—that blue color is from my camera and NOT the skirt. Kind of sparkly when the light hits it just so. Very good condition. No rips, tears, stains or fading. Only worn a few times. Probably 1990s. Sorry about the glare, reflection, and cell phone shadows. If the price isn't right, make me an offer!
