Description: A limited edition print by Charles Griffin who was the Cartoonist for the likes of Daily Mail, Punch, The Observer, Daily Mirror, Express.This is no. 51/850 and is a cartoon of John Major about the British Rail Sell-Off. The frame is nothing special, just cheap and cheerful. Please see photos for measurements. I have had a few instances where the item has sadly been destroyed. So please understand when you buy I cannot see what country you are in, so it is up to you to be sure that the item is permitted.
