These are the inaugural set of irons that Jack Nicklaus produced in numbered sets after Nicklaus Golf was established in 1993. Also included are hard-to-find N1 56-degree Sand Wedge and 61-degree Lob Wedge (acquired separately, not part of the limited edition set, in fine used condition to complement the iron set). With the founding of the Nicklaus Golf Company in the early 1990s, Jack Nicklaus set out to design and produce the finest clubs ever made. Golf critics will agree he achieved his goal with the production of the forged N1 irons. Jack believed that only tournament play would prove their true worth. And that's just what Nicklaus did. These clubs are state-of-the-art technology with all the irons being hand forged to Nicklaus’ strict specifications. Do not confuse these rare clubs with the N1 model that were mass produced.
