From a family estate of a gentleman's collection of gay and male related photographs and ephemera. Most items are from the early to mid 20th century and includes loose photographs as well as some pictures that were cut by the owner from an antique photo album. Digital Reprint A 4x6 snapshot of two young men at the beach wearing t-shirts that say "Dept. of Parks Lifeguard." Note that the guy on the right - the one with the Bryllcream in his hair - has his sleeves rolled up to his shoulders. I'd almost expect to see a pack of cigarettes rolled up in there. The best part about this picture is the little note written in ballpoint pen that is glued to the upper right corner of the picture. It says: To Buzz, I'll always remember the time we spent together.
