I am calling this particular loco is in C-7 excellent. The locomotive here is an LGB # 2077D 0-4-0 "Daisy" steam locomotive. The locomotive and comes with the engineer figure and the original instruction sheet. I tested the locomotive on my test track and it runs fine.
