Description: Wonderful, dynamic large mens Native American bear paw ring. Signed with hand etching "LS SM". The SM is stylized. It is made in the Navajo tradition, with wonderful craftsmanship. I'm not sure of the artisan, but the hand inscribed hallmark is a wonderful addition to it's history. The stone's a little loose: a tightening of the prongs should fix it. Please read sizing note. -face of ring is 1 5/8 long x 1 1/8" wide-stone setting is 11 mm thick including stone -stone is 5 mm x 10 mm-size 10* due to shape of the ring face, the ring doesn't slide down the mandrel properly for sizing. On the mandrel it sizes a 9 1/2, it is definitely larger. It looks to be 10 because it fits my husbands finger similarly to his 10 ring.-weighs 16 grams-marked "LS SM" hand etched & script, tested as sterling Thank you for looking. It's quite common in vintage items that have been worn a lot to have some misaligned parts, but often they are wearable and if not I will state so. I have many personal pieces that I wear which are not shaped perfectly and it doesn't effect how they look overall or my enjoyment of the piece.
