Portrayed in a two part sculpture stands an oil merchant, 'At the Bazaar'. The work is rich with detail drawn from antiquity. At a pillared table are vessels of every description, capped amphora jugs, a graceful ewer adorned with bas-relief ornamentation and a tightly woven basket. This set was made as an add on to the "Renaissance" painted Nativity series. Each piece bears the Lenox hallmark and the set comes with the Certificate Of Authenticity. The Merchant stands about 7 1/2 inches tall, the goods on the table are about 4 1/2 inches tall.
