It is in good shape and comes with the light cord, along with the box which is in good shape and the foam it is packed in. We are a retired couple and have decided to sell our beloved Christmas village, we tell if we see anything wrong with everything, as most of you know Lemax has a problem with the glued on things breaking loose, sometimes in shipping that happens, we try to pack everything really good but that does not always help to keep things like when we list it.
