Description: This is the Hickory House Restaurant made in 2002 for the Lemax Vail Village, it comes with the box ( box shows some shelf ware) and the foam that is packed in. There are no cracks or chips, the light cord is included. We are a retired couple and have decided to sell our village, we do not take returns and we charge a flat rate shipping ( that includes packaging cost, we normally have a cheap price on them to help out on shipping. Lemax has alway had problems with some things that are glued on, they get bump off and all you need to do is glue them back on. we will combine shipping.
