Description: Survivor from the 50’s … or earlier ? Does NOT turn on … bulb does not illuminate. I have no tech experience to troubleshoot. I would presume the bottom cover is missing. You are buying based upon what you see in the picture. There is a square tube filled with fluid which is stored in the cardboard sleeve and what is left of a rubber foot w no screw. This may be a simple repair or a display museum piece for a collector. No manual or instructions are included. I’ve double boxed for shipping and documented by photographs. The weight is 22 pounds.
